"absolutely horrible. live downport. 4 min walk. food was cold. orders were wrong. extremely regretting not getting McDonalds instead. what a waste of 30$"
"I walked in and the place was empty except for one guy sitting there who wasn't eating or having anything. I approached the counter and the woman working looked at me, broke eye contact and didn't say anything for about 30 seconds until I spoke up. No energy, no anything. Maybe a hangover since yesterday was New Years? She mumbled something and I looked at the menu then started ordering. She said 'hold on' and started doing something else for a bit before taking my order. They didn't have the thing I wanted so I ordered something else. When I asked for food that had different versions, she didn't ask which version, she didn't say anything. The only thing she really said the whole time was hold on and then my price order. I paid, I didn't get my receipt. While waiting, I noticed the state of the store. The floors were so sticky wherever that my boots kept getting stuck, the floor was visibly dirty. There were broken outlets, walls and ceilings seemed filthy. Tables looked unclean. Displays weren't straight and were dirty. After about 15 minutes, I got my food and no drink. I reminded the male worker of my drink and he made it for me. He was fine, responsive. It seemed like the female worker wasn't doing anything. The energy was really low and really uninviting. I got my hot chai and it was lukewarm as he handed it to me. At this point, I was really put off by the whole experience of the place, and my boots literally sticking straight to the floor, that I went to leave and ... uh, there's no door knob or door handle to exit. It's just the flat glass door. Which is a total safety violation. So when you've got all your food and your drinks, just lean on the filthy door that has no door knob to exit. When I got to a table outside to eat (1-2 minutes later), I realised that the food I got was actually completely ice cold in the center and the cheese wasn't melted. Cold coffee and cold food. Straight from the counter. Awful energy. Completely filthy. Felt unsafe and unwelcoming as a customer. I'm never going back. Thanks. Starbucks is literally directly across the street."
"Nothing I despise more than a store closing before their advertised time. I was there at 6:47 pm. I would fire them all. Never going to this store again."
"This is by far the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible they are always on their phones and when they do help you they move as slow as a snail. It looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. Not sure if they ever clean the stove as burnt pieces of it were stuck to my food. I don’t know how they made my nieces plain bagel toasted with cream cheese taste bad but she wouldn’t eat it. The food and drinks taste like everything is old !!!! Terrible"
