Reviews
"This store is awful. They are always understocked in the mornings. Employees are stocking in the middle of the busiest times, but they mostly talk to each other while looking busy. Be prepared to bag all your groceries,"
"Empty shelves have become the new normal for this store . Sales signs not out in front of products on Saturday or Sunday when the sales change the busiest days of the week . Items on sale never stocked . Do better !"
"Not good at keeping items in stock. Certain customer service employees need training in providing customer service. Nasty attitudes by customer service employees should not be tolerated by store management. A little kindness goes a long way. Other ShopRite locations seem to be better managed."
"First and foremost I want to say I never write reviews unless I’m very impressed with a place or I’m very unimpressed. I suffer from anxiety issues, so the fact that I was even able to go to the grocery store was amazing enough as it is. What’s the worst thing that can happen to a person anxiety issues? Holding a case of beer by the handle, and having it break in full everywhere in front of everybody. The staff saw this, they were so wonderful and nice. They start helping me picking up the beer. Then the manager came out. He actually got me a replacement, while the other gentleman gave me a couple of bags. It was 2 gentlemen and one young woman. I have to say I think the world is a better place with the staff like that I highly recommend this grocery store plus it was very clean and everything looked very good good produce wise, meat, wise, etc.."
"Self checkout is a joke. Annoying to use. Almost never accepts cash. Constantly prompts that you removed an item or placed an item on the scale when you didn't. They're always broken. Not enough regular checkouts open to help with the backlog. If you expect your customers to work here for free, could you at least make sure we have working equipment. Shelves are very bare in many aisles, hard to only go food shopping here since they're always out of stuff. Everyone I know that goes here feels the same. I know they'll probably reach out with some corporate number I can call. But honestly, you have to know this is a problem, right? Just put in better self checkout registers, with actual room to put your groceries. I'm like stacking my weekly haul up to the ceiling with these ridiculously small counters. Then the machines take forever with their wait for assistance messages. I feel bad for the poor employees that have to work with these crummy machines. Get it together already. Sad too since I live literally 200 feet down the road but it's so difficult shopping here. Back to Stop N Shop and lower blood pressure. Poorly run store by a most likely poorly run company. Too bad King Kullen had to go."
