"The atmosphere was that of a typical fast food sandwich shop where you order at the counter they wait for your food. The food itself was good as long as you wanted a bagel. If I have the opportunity, I'll be back there again in the future."

"Bagels did not taste fresh, they were too chewy. I had jalapeño cheddar bagel with garden cream cheese. Garden cream cheese was tasty."

"I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. The crew member who made my order was great. She could have smiled, but she was pleasant. The crew member who made my iced coffee and took my money should have been eating somewhere else in the store away from customers and should have washed her hands before making my iced coffee."

"This place has gone significantly downhill over the past few years. Not only have the prices drastically increased, but the service and caliber of the employees is disappointing. This morning I went to Bruegger’s and got three bagels with cream cheese and two breakfast sandwiches. As the employee was cutting my jalapeño bagel, he suddenly dropped it on the floor as he had cut himself with a knife. He ran into the back room, only to leave me with no one to complete my order. After a few minutes, another worker was assigned to me. He looked at me with a blank look in his eyes, as though he had no idea what was going on. My entire order came to $35. when I brought the sandwiches home, my boyfriend and I were disappointed to see that his farm house had no cream cheese on it which is part of the ingredients. I then opened my jalapeño bagel only to see that it barely had a smudge of cream cheese on it. It also was not toasted. Despite the fact that I love the bagels, I will not be returning anytime soon."

"Delicious savory bagels. The coffee could be better. The reason for the 4 stars is that after three times going there and asking for a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, it always ends up tasting like garlic (you can see the garlic flakes in the pic). I have had cinnamon sugar bagels at other Bruegger's locations and they've been amazing, so I was pretty disappointed at not being able to have my favorite order from this place taste good."
