"The smell of mold is out of this world. Didn’t know that I knew what mold smelled of until I walked in and it clicked. Also my party cups had a rip and I’m pretty sure there were rat feces in the cups. Insane. There needs to be an inspection done immediately. Don’t get me started on the creepy manager John who I’m pretty sure was following me around the store. Never returning."
"This used to be a great place to get things for parties and halloween. Went in recently and the staff was very nice but it looked like a rummage sale. Very few options. Maybe it changed owners? Let's hope it gets back to what it was."
"I went to the Party Depot on Federal Rd and purchased a costume that was defective. They had one left that I could exchange. I traveled out of my way to find the new costume had a huge hole on the hood. The Party Depot in New Milford seemed more then happy to help me out and we're very VERY friendly. Big thanks to Billy and everyone else that helped me put with my costume exchange. Thanks again guys!"
