"Went in to the store today with my husband, waiting to be waited on. The girl walked over and yelled to the lady behind me and started taking her order. Completely ignored my husband and I. So we left and went to dunkin down the road. The dunkin has very nice service. Definitely recommend going there instead of Baker's Dozen."

"Staff are nice. If you don't have something on the menu I would ask to please not advertise. I had ordered the jack frost, I paid for a cup of coffee literally. No cold foam. So I drove back to tell them. I open the cup again an still no cold foam I will never go out of my way to this location again. I don't have time to go back. Never again."

"I'm a frequent customer and mostly pleased and the employees are very nice but My order has been messed up many times, I don't say anything because I know sometimes accidents happen but lately I have to be honest it's become more and more a regular thing to mess up my order, I'll order 3 dozen "regular" donut holes and when I get home and open the bag it's always glazed donut holes and I don't like them and i clearly asked for regular. Yesterday I bought an iced coffee And literally 5 minutes later before I left the parking lot of the gas station, all the ice in my coffee had melted and tasted very gross☹ I get a coffee just about everyday and it's never been like that, my iced coffees always are cold and the ice stays for at least a hour or so. I very much enjoy your coffee and donuts And I hate being this person that has to complain But I think some of the employees need to put care into their work. We are paying customers We should correctly get what we orded."

"I have never experienced better customer service anywhere ever. The staff are literally the kindest people, and the food is phenomenal. We love frequenting this place for breakfast sandwiches. Their iced chais are a personal favorite. They also offer gluten free rolls and bagels for sandwiches , which is nice."
