"Their food is OK, but their drinks are the WoW factor. Their milkshakes are out of this world. Their goblets are also great, and you could order them without Alcohol (but I believe that they are a little pricey in this case). Reservations are highly recommended in most days. Otherwise, the wait time could be long."

"This is definitely a cool establishment. We both got a watermelon martini (we asked for just vodka and a splash of flavoring) and we were charged for their specialty watermelon martini which was perfectly fine and made sense to me. They included a cute gummy on it which was a nice touch. We split an appetizer sampler and the star of the show in my opinion were the macaroni and cheese balls. They were crispy outside, creamy and salty inside and very tasty. The other items were your standard bar food tenders, wings and onion rings that you could probably get better and cheaper elsewhere, but that’s the name of the game when dining at Foxwoods. It hit the spot and was good overall. The bartender was making some really cool drinks as we were finishing up which was fun to watch and obviously those are the marketing driver for this buisness. They’re pricey at around $50 each, though. I would also like to note that the music was absolutely terrible. We certainly weren’t there to be critics of the music but it was so loud and obnoxious it was noticeably terrible - all rap music which I don’t necessarily even mind but it was so present and I was uncomfortable listening to it with my Mom when we were talking and all of a sudden we would both just notice how obnoxious it really was, haha. All in all, we’d return but are not running back, if you know what I mean."

"Food was cold , order was missing items and my Alfredo had hair in it They never asked for refills or anything the whole time Never asked how the food was My husbands burger was supposed to have cheese ooze down it was so cold it didn’t move or go down the burger The fries were good Manager was nice waiter was nice just not very attentive Alfredo was plain no flavor at all I just feel like it was a let down we waited 45 minutes in line for what ?? No one ever even asked me if I wanted a drink they only gave my husband one"

"Sugar factory is a whole new level of experience. We visited 2 days in a row, and we had an amazing time. Firts the atmosphere - cool, modern vibe with different colored rooms. Drinks - amazing. We tried a bunch of coctails, and they were delicious. The food was ok. I wasn't a fan of it. Meatballs, chicken Quesadilla and cheesecake waffles were good. Service was great the bought time we visited. Overall, it was a great experience."
