"This is the fifth time I’ve come to this McDonald’s at 5 AM in the morning to not be greeted and for them not to be open Or at least acknowledge I’m here and let me know that it’s gonna be a few minutes. I am writing this in my car as we speak. I feel like this is very unprofessional."

"Service was very slow seems like if it's not regular lunch hours they cut staff way down; several individuals left due to lack of service figured this should have been worked out after pandemic."

"After ordering, Staff said drive up to the first window. I drove up and waited for a minute. no one came to the window. I was startled by the manger banging on the second drive up window and him screaming “we’re down here”. I drove up and told the employee i was told the first window, (the manger walked away when he finished banging on the counter and got my attention.) The employee told me she switch’s around a lot and that’s why she was at the second window. I Was not impressed by the way they chose to let me know they were at the second window, and what I saw from the manager, was disappointing when he could have walked to the first window and asked for me to pull up to the second window."

"It shouldnt take 25 mins to receive an order at the drive thru. Thats my only complaint. 5 cars were pulled off to the side around 1130am waiting for their orders."
