"Terrible experience. Misrepresented the prices, the policies, etc. They didn't even start the policies on the right day. Received multiple confusing bills, all with different amounts due, in addition to a cancellation notice the night before I had to go to the DMV. Had to follow up multiple times to get someone to even reply. After cancelling almost three months ago, I am still getting letters in the mail and reminders to pay bills for policies that were cancelled. Completely unprofessional and an absolute headache; do not recommend."
