I walked in unannounced, expecting to make an appointment and the two ladies at the desk were most welcoming and extremely helpful. They immediately called a genius to help me. A few minutes later, in walked Moses to the rescue. Moses walked me to my car, reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue and indeed, less than five minutes later, from what took me hours with no resolve, Moses solved the problem.
