"This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in all of U.S.A and i will expain why i say the whole U.S.A below!! I work in avon/canton so i stop for coffee at all the places in between waterbury and Avon/Canton and when i stop at other Dunkins i wish that i could have this Dunkins team in everyone i go to. You could see that the manager running this place makes her employees want to come to work by the way thier attitudes make you feel good and make you feel that they are there yes for a pay check but also because they enjoy thier time at work. The coffee is always spot on and never has a burnt taste. I never went through the drive thru and had to return because something wasnt made right. The manager moves the lines fast because you can tell she builds relationships with her customers and knows most of there orders which makes the process fly. The seating is so comfy and the inside is always clean. I have yet to step into a Dunkin that compares to this place and i lived in California and Flordia for 1 year each and like i said before i really wish when i walk into a dunkin in California or Florida or Connecticut that this place is the one i walk into and these employees especially the management team is there! What a pleasent experience. Today i spilled my coffee inside the store and the manager was more worried that i was ok then what carpet i stained,and as bad as i wanted to clean it the manager Liz and another employee made sure i was cleaned up first and then they both cleaned the floor and your couldnt notice coffee was even spilled there. Im a business owner and i would love to have especially the manager but even the employee's work for me!! ABSOLUTELY #1 DUNKIN HANDS DOWN!!"
