"the manager is very unprofessional got upset because they heard the order wrong and screamed at a worker for handing us our order we could’ve left with 2 bagels without paying but stayed to pay either way because we weren’t just gonna leave just very unprofessional and feel bad for the worker."

"my coffee was not hot. My BE&C was warm not toasted hot like it usually is and they got my donut wrong. But this is not the fault of employees. I blame the manager. She is always very rude and rough on her employees. It'll make anyone nervous. She needs to treat them better and stop scolding them. Scolding is not a way of training someone how to do something right. You can also have a private conversation in the office about your employees behavior, not out on the floor where everybody can hear you. They deserve privacy and respect just like you do."

"The whole staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Every time I order food it’s either burnt or wrong. I ordered that special coffee with all the topping and whipped cream and got just a plain coffee and after asking them where the whipped cream and stuff was they tried charging me again for it. When I ask them to remake the sausage egg and cheese on croissant cause it completely burnt and I asked for lightly toasted they give me a attitude"
