Doro Marketplace - Windsor Locks

"I'm Writing this with a heavy heart about Doro, which has been my go to place for a long time. I pretty much landed the flight and stopped by to grab a coffee and some cakes on the way home, and right from the time i entered the shop i was ill-treated by the staffs, and the person taking the order didn't even bother to greet, which is totally fine, but they greeted the person following me in line. I have ordered couple of Cafe Mochas and couple of cakes to be brought out to the table, and the person just came and gave told us to take the disposable utensils, i asked them for a metal spoon and his response was we don't serve metal spoons with desserts, while the table in front of me had metal spoon for the same dessert which i ordered and I have been there many times, and none of the the time anyone gave this reason. I feel Disgusted and was judged based on my looks."

"I have been coming here for a few months and I haven’t ever had something that wasn’t delicious. Yesterday I ordered the South Main before embarking on a trip to the beach. It was super delicious with the right amount of bacon and cheese. Only thing to keep in mind is the South Main was a little runny so I wouldn’t recommend getting it as a breakfast for a road-trip. Definitely order the sandwich when you are not trying to eat quickly on the road. We also got a box of pastries - all of which looked heavenly and the ones I did try tasted spectacular. Definitely glad Doro came to Windsor Locks."

"I was driving by and noticed Doro Marketplace. It was inviting! As I ate Tofu Scramble (which was delicious and healthy!), I could not resist...and texted my friend whom I was going to visit. I took the pictures of the croissants and asked, "Do you still eat gluten? I'll get the croissants." The reply was, "YES!!!" We shared them and they were wonderful:-)"

"Beautiful place with delicious food! Absolutely great choice for breakfast or brunch! Fresh food and great coffee! Pastries are so good! People are very nice and friendly. Love their avocado toast with salmon! Also, the breakfast bowl was a good choice. Good atmosphere inside."
