"Slow slow slow slow slow. Unless it has changed, the place near the gates does not open until 6AM so l-o-n-g line before that with folks with early flights waiting to get a coffee. Other places in BDL sell coffee, so not sure why anyone would wait in line so long for mundane DD coffee."

"I'm done ordering hot food from Dunkin. It consistently tastes like burnt plastic or like bleach or something. The chemical taste makes the already bad food inedible. McDonald's is better at this point, which is pretty sad since you can't really set the bar any lower than that."

"Unfortunately this location does not accept the Dunkin App coupons or rewards. As a franchise consistency is key and this location does not fall into a well run franchise category. As I was standing there I also observed very unsanitary practices and employees handling food after touching money and sneezing in their hands. I will avoid this location In the future."

"Very busy especially in the morning, speed it good and they are pretty efficient. Issue is when handing the orders out the employee was miserable. Mumbling orders, no customer could understand her, not using order numbers. When she put the orders down she sort of tossed them onto the counter. If you asked her what order that was, she would once again mumble as turning away from customers"

"Bradley has 3 Dunkin Donuts, this one is on the far left side of the airport, near A2 checkpoint... There is nothing really much else to say besides just another average Dunkin Donuts...."
