"Server was friendly - she's the only reason for the second star. Everything is cross contaminated (per the express statement of the server) so if you have any allergies you can't eat anything. Food was OK to poor. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and tough. Every ketchup bottle was empty. Burger was good. Fry portions were underwhelming for the cost of the meal. Also, NewsMax was on all the TVs spewing political garbage. I'd avoid and try another eatery in the terminal."

"Very good experience with my server Christina. She is such a hard worker and an efficient server. I ordered the shitake mushroom pot stickers in the sweet Thai chili sauce and enjoyed them. My friend ordered the butterfly shrimp with waffle fries and coleslaw. We were both pleased and satisfied after eating. Not too bad of a portion for the price. The silverware was questionable"

"Great staff! Kayla took care of us and was very attentive and on point! We ordered the crispy shrimp and fish-n-chips. The crispy Panko on the shrimp was a bit much and I would have preferred them with batter. They gave 12 shrimp and the waffle fries were good. Overall the food was better than I expected but not then usual type of New England seafood I’m used to."

"While missing beautiful Baltimore, Maryland seafood, stopped in this Hartford, Connecticut Bradley International Airport Phillips Seafood restaurant to hopefully remind me of home. Relaxing ambiance, super friendly wait staff and quick order to table service. My selected order of very delicious lump crab meat crab cakes, fried shrimp and coleslaw was heavenly. If you are flying out of, through or into here...come take a seat, enjoy yourself!"

"Great dining option for the Bradley Airport. The bartender was extremely friendly and the food was flying out the window for everyone's order. If there's any negative in this aspect, it's that food prepared that fast is probably not fresh. But, this is an airport and we care more about the speed than freshness here typically I ordered a meal a bit off the menu - a Caesar salad with lobster meat. The lobster did not taste great to me initially, but it soon dawned on me there was no seasoning of any sort on it. So I generously sprinkled salt and pepper on it. I followed that up with Tabasco sauce, but I don't recommend that to people - I just like things hot. After that slight adjustment, I enjoyed my meal very much! The total cost for an Old Fashioned and a Lobster Caesar Salad was 38.40. I consider that pretty good by airport prices. I recommend this restaurant if you find yourself at the Bradley Airport and you're looking for some seafood!"
