"Tatiana ruined my first experience with Dunkin. This was my first time since moving to the East Coast going through the drive thru and ordering coffee and donuts. I waited in line and when I got to the speaker I waited for another couple of minutes to be greeted by a deep voiced woman who says "what do you want?". I said "Hi" and she, in a foul tone, mocked me. I ordered for me and my 2 children who were with me and my 11 year old son commented on how rude the lady was. She only took the order. The lady that took my money and gave me my items was very nice but refused to tell me the ladies name on the intercom. I asked another lady who came to the window and she let me know. I want to try again but it will definitely not be at this location. I know you're not bothered by it Tatiana but my first experience at DD was ruined because of you and my 2 children in the car that witnessed your nasty attitude have more kindness and respect. The coffee was okay but can you try a liquid sweetener so it's not like drinking sand. Donut holes (munchkins) were very tasty. We purchased glazed and powdered. Glaze definitely takes the ribbon. They were moist and delicious. Highly recommend those at a different location."
