"This is the second time I have ordered from your store ordering a chai latte tea and getting charged for it two different times instead I get a coffee. Since it is on the app nothing can be done so I'm getting charged $4 for a cup of. I don't know how hard it is to realize the difference between tea and coffee. I am allergic to coffee I am at work and had to make a quick run so no I don't have time to check every little thing. I gave the store second shot. That was a mistake I will not be coming back here again at least nothing to drink."

"What in the world is going on here? Just came here to order a drink and some food and it’s a disaster. The kid working the register is clueless, barely spoke and had no idea what he was doing, maybe he’s new. The girl making the food is fast but didn’t get my order right. Asked for extra butter on my bagel and they barely put any on at all so I’m eating a dry piece of garbage, the bagel is stale. I also ordered a donut which I never got. The manager comes out and starts moaning about the drink machine not working then starts asking people what they ordered. A disorganized mess here!"

"Cutest Dunkin, with the perfect location. Just grabbed an iced coffee, easy off, easy on highway stop. The staff were all super nice and the inside was clean. My coffee came out quick and everyone wished me a good day. Great experience."

"Love going to this Dunkin, very convenient for my work commute. The staff are all very sweet, but please god get them more staff. I have to order online almost 20 mins before getting there to make sure my stuff is ready. And I feel awful in the morning when the line is out the door and there is only 2 people working. You can see the panic in their face. Do them a favor, hire more people!! It’s not right having to work like that."
