"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve giving this place so many chances and they mess up my order every time. I spent so much money on Uber eats to work just to have what was suppose to be a Buffalo chicken salad and forgot the toppings for my salad. They said I would be refunded but never did.."

"I decided to return to the restaurant after an awful take out experience because they sent me a gift card. Another big mistake. Our waiter was sitting at a booth with other servers just talking while my bf waited and waited for water. Our waiter never came so he got up and "disturbed" their conversation to ask for some water. I again ordered nachos and got 3/4 of them with zero cheese yet again. I will never return to this location. Awful service and awful food. Waste of my gift card. The waiter was too busy sitting and talking to care about his table.."

"We arrived to our hotel by 9:30pm & we’re desperate for a good meal after a long travel. Thank goodness Southbury Maggie McFly was open until 11pm! Once we unpacked our car & got into our room, it was 10pm! We ordered take-out online & it was ready 25 minutes later. Your Burger Salad was absolutely scrumptious!! I loved how you packaged the burger & fries separately from the salad so the greens stayed cool & didn’t wilt. The thousand island dressing was perfectly matched to all that flavor. I ate every morsel! My daughter ordered the mozzarella pizza with light sauce, but there was practically no-sauce. She found it disappointingly tasteless. She only ate one slice. My husband’s short rib sandwich was okay, but he said there was “something missing.” He did eat it all (plus most of the pizza!) The host was exceptionally pleasant when I arrived to pick up our order. Very nice & clean restaurant inside. We would definitely return to eat here again, should we be in the area. Thanks for the hot meals!!"

"Maggie McFly's is a great place for all occasions! It's very open and spaced out, but also enough space even when it gets crowded on the weekends. As for the service, everyone was so warm and welcoming despite the time of night. It took a little bit of time for the food to come, but it was absolutely worth the wait! I highly recommend both the Impossible Burger and the Veggie Burger. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I encourage you to go if you get a chance!"

"It pains me to leave a negative review for Maggie McFlys because it's always been a "go-to," but after visiting the Southbury location this weekend, I'll stick to Middlebury. (Sequels are never as good as the original.) What really bothered me is that I wished my server cared about my business as much as she cared about looking in the mirror, fixing her hair near the server station (or at MAX cared as much as the amount of perfume she had on). Literally 0 to no effort was made as a waitress. I NEVER tip less than 22% (even after some horrible experiences), and tonight was the first time in 5+ years I did because simply there was no effort made and not a care in the world given. "Came over late, Here's your food (it was wrong), here's your 5 containers (needed 1) & here's your check. Bye." is basically how it went down with mirror checks in between while the Manager observed. The food was mediocre at best. Service sucked. Corporate, save yourself the time of the reply, I won't be back to this location anytime soon."
