"My package never arrived, upon calling they insisted I refused it. Which never happened. I think they scanned it and wanted to contents. 3 days later finally on the help line said come Sunday to pick it up at the station but they were closed, they sent it back Monday. Something shady about this."
"There's this lady name Monica that works there and she is amazing she had a very rude customer and she handled it well and he was so disrespectful I want to defend her but I didn't want to make the situation worse and I was trying to mind my own business lol but yeah I felt so bad for her. I've been there people I feel like people need to treat others way better even if you are the customer or client and having a bad day I can understand his frustration but it wasn't her fault at all it had nothing to do with her she didn't the best she could and looked out big time for him. Mistakes happen. it wasn't even the drivers fault but anyways he took his anger out on the wrong person. And I feel like people like that make it hard for others to keep their jobs. I feel like Monica has tough skin she definitely deserves a raise and promotion."
"Edit - ok so that was impressive and i have to pass on some kudos. Needed to ship a small package to Australia. Paid for the fastest service available. Said it would arrive in 7 days which is decent but hoped for quicker. Relieved notification the package was received in THREE DAYS!. That was awesome. Takes 2 days to get there as a passenger! .............................. Service really was great. The lady serving could not have been more helpful and assisted with additional packing as needed. While the rates are high - I dont feel this is something a local office can be held accountable for. Appreciate the help and would certainly recommend!"
"I stopped in last night at this location, I had a $1,000 cell phone I was returning brand new not opened. There's a note on the door telling the public to leave my package in the waiting area. I did not feel safe doing that even though there are cameras with my luck. So upon entering the store I waited a few minutes a lady come out she seemed kind of put off that she had to come out she told me there's cameras out there I was like okay I just don't feel comfortable leaving my item there. I waited a few minutes as she scanned my stuff in. Packaging was a little confusing that the vendor had sent me to return the phone they sent me two barcodes wasn't sure if one is supposed to go inside the package in case it was lost like it does with UPS long story short the woman was quite short with me maybe had a bad day I don't know I asked a question about that and so I wasn't sure how to do it she's like not much to know I'm like well excuse me I don't work at FedEx. I then proceeded to ask if I get a receipt she actually sighed and with hesitation she goes YUP so to break the awkwardness I asked how her day was going and she's like you know you ask a lot of questions. I was like well I'm sorry my first three questions pertained to my $1,000 return of a cell phone and the last one was asking how you were doing. I will not if I can avoid it be doing business with them again. Poor customer service needs to be addressed and the fact when I asked for a receipt was what aggravated me"
