"Upon dropping of a box with a UPS return label on it, the clerk did not provide a paper receipt, claiming that the store did not have the resources to generate a receipt. Instead, a confirmation code would be sent to a provided phone number. When we didn't receive the code, I went to the store with a sibling and the clerk claimed not to be able to access any information pertaining to any packages they scanned or processed the day prior. This was after asking for personal information (names, addresses, etc) and bunch of useless questions, knowing that they were not even going to assist us. We called the UPS 1800 # while we were inside the store, with our concerns and the agent promised someone would get back to us before 6pm, that day. No one ever did. This was such an abusive blow to our time. Disappointing is becoming synonymous with UPS."
