"Raised the rent without a letter in the mail letting us know, when we paid with a penalty because we didn't know we went down and asked the kid who runs the office and he said the rents for everyone were going up in May of 24 when we called the main office? We were told an email was sent. We don't really read emails we delete them and asked why they send us a paper bill each month they said so we would be aware of rent due. We mark our calander and know when rent is due so why wouldn't they send paper mail when a bigger change is taking place? They couldn't answer"

"I walked into my “temperature controlled” storage unit the other and found mold on all my belongs. The dehumidifier system had broke and no one was notified. I contacted radiant storage to speak with a supervisor 4 days ago and no one has called me back- when filing a claim they state mold is not covered under the insurance warranty. Don’t let them fool you, filing a claim won’t do anything. They only cover water damage from a roof not mold or any other damage. A complete waste of money. Thousands of dollars worth of things damaged and was not able to get compensated for any of it."
