"Absolute worst. Cancelled deliveries, can't keep schedule, horrible customer service. Gone a month without a delivery, and customer service can't help. Avoid at all costs, particularly this branch which is horribly managed."

"My water delivery was rescheduled for the 4th time today. I now have 12 five gallon bottles because the last time they came the day before the rescheduled date, so bottles were not out. I have called several times. They have assured me my delivery was coming only to be rescheduled again. Terrible customer service."
