"I was taken a back when I arrived to drop off clothing by the demeanor of the two young people that took my order. No enthusiasm just flat. I asked about getting a sweater repaired. The answer was “you need to come back when he’s here we don’t do that”. I left with thought, WOW. That’s our future. On the flipside, when I went back to pick up my clothing, the woman who helped me was wonderful. I didn’t have my ticket and she said that was OK. The kids need to take a lesson from her."

"The high price is worth it. Such tension detail , with stains on clothes. make expensive clothes come out like you first day bought them. Other dry cleaners will make burn stains or make the clothes come out, fuzzy or worn or shrunk not this place. You’re literally paying double for quality"

"With no standardized transparent pricing, forgetful tailor, disorganized system, disrespectful attitude to customers time, scamming reception, and poor overall service, I would never return to this place for anything again. I had a bridesmaid dress that needs to be altered and add a slid on one side by August 30. I brought it in on August 21, did the measurements, had everything explained, pinned, and calculated by hand ~ $60 (there did not seem to be a standardized price). They told me to come in on August 29. But then, on August 28, they called me saying that the tailor wasn’t sure about the measurements and asked me if I could come over so that they could do everything correctly. I was shocked as I thought they already had the measurements and I did not have the time to go there just one day before I needed the dress. I explained to them and they said oh it’s fine, they still have the pins. The next day (August 30), I received a message saying that my order was ready to pick up. When I got there, they seemed to be totally confused with my order. They said I had to pay around $80 and that they did the alterations and dry clean. I said no, I never asked for a dry clean service. The lady asked me to speak to the tailor, who asked me to put the dress on again, which I did, and thankfully I did. Because they did not do the slid at all! Everyone forgot about the slid! When I asked them about it, they were like “oh, that’s what it was!” I was again shocked. The tailor said he would do it right now so that it would be ready in one hour. The lady said I still had to pay for $89 dollars. Fine. By the time I was already very tired of this whole thing. The most important thing was to get the dress ready for my friend’s wedding. I couldn’t regret more for dropping my dress at that place, where I wasted my time and got overcharged for poor service."

"Took my military jacket to be cleaned and when I picked it up they said no charge for uniform items, I’ve always had great service for other items but this put them over the top. Thanks for doing this for service personnel."
