"zero communication skills by the driver, and the support team. This is not a delivery service that any reputable company should be relying upon to deliver their goods to their customers. If you partner with this company they will ruin your brands reputation."
"Didn’t call 30 mins prior as stated. I work 5 mins from home and could have been there. Instead they Delivered my peloton without me (named person on the order) signing off or being home. Thereby leaving it in an incorrect/unsafe location. Calls to the national office have been told they’re escalating to the local team to please come back and move to correct location. Haven’t heard anything from said local team. Calling peloton to pick it up because it’s unusable in its current location. Useless. UPDATE: within a day of writing this review, Thomas from RXO reached out via email and resolved the issue. The movement of the bike was scheduled and I received an appropriate call 30 mins prior as expected. Additionally, I received a text to accept the order and sign off upon receipt - which was not done prior when I was not home due to not being called. As such I am updating my review."
"ZERO STARS. Completely inept company failed to deliver my product and told me the truck was over capacity @ 9pm the evening before delivery. I was advised to contact the company I purchased my product from & ask for permission for pickup. After being lied to 3 separate times I ascertained neither company had any direct communication with one another. RXO is a terrible company and should not be contracted with to deliver products. They will not allow you to even pick up your merchandise from the warehouse. They are understaffed & do not have enough delivery vehicles to fulfill contractual requirements. My order is not being delivered for another month even though it is 45 minutes away and I have offered to pick it up."
"I am not a review leaver and generally believe in understanding with delays. However, I first ordered a peloton for my wife’s Xmas gift as an early Black Friday sale. I scheduled my first delivery for December 10th. Got a call the night before, they weren’t coming, rescheduled for December 24th. Called again tonight, not coming, the best date they can schedule is January 11th. Ridiculous and unacceptable, and has ruined a Christmas gift we were saving up for."
"I don’t leave reviews, it’s trying times for everyone. However, for this company, I am making an exception and I think the 1.8 star average speaks volumes. XPO is responsible for delivering my appliance order. They scheduled my delivery for a Friday, on the Tuesday prior. I go through the whole process of scheduling the delivery, explaining where it will be dropped off etc. I received no updates on time window on Thursday so I took the day off work to make sure I was home. Friday morning I call because my order tracking did not say out for delivery. I was told to “just wait.” 2pm on delivery rolls around with no communication so I call back and am told that “oh sorry actually we never loaded your order so now we are delivering it on Monday.” So now I’ve sat home all day from work waiting for nothing. Okay, frustrating but fine, no problem. Sunday (today) comes and I get another call saying “oh actually we are over capacity for Monday, so now it’s coming Tuesday.” Them being over capacity on the day that they already took the liberty of rescheduling me to is not my fault. A billion dollar company, can’t figure out the capacity of their own fleet. I have contractors on standby from last week waiting to install cabinetry and template counter tops based on these appliances and they’ve cost me two full days of labor now."
