"Horrible company! Think twice before doing business with them. Their employees cleaned my new car off and scratched the paint on 2/3 of my car. I did not notice the damage immediately because the car is dirty. They were contacted today. The owner, Grace, simply asked her employees about it. They are denying even cleaning my car my car off at all. I never asked them to clean the car off either. By time I went to go outside to do it they had already done it on their own. All of last winter, they cleaned my car off during every snowstorm Without me asking. Someone could at least admit that they made a mistake, but to deny even touching a car that they know full. Well they touched, and for the owner not to standby their company is disgraceful. I asked to meet with those employees in front of the owner, and I was told no. Without a video, I’m out of luck it’s not even the money. It’s the dishonesty. No veracity. No moral compass whatsoever. Buyer beware! Edit: to reply to the owners response- as we discussed your reply over the phone, your workers are lying about cleaning off my car in the first place. As they did each time, they came to do snow removal all of last winter as well. Now they claim they didn’t touch the car at all. When I asked you to have a meeting with your workers, myself, and you, your answer was no. It seems far-fetched that I would be claiming your workers would continue to clean my car off not to mention I never asked them to touch it. I was putting my shoes and my coat on to go outside to clean my car as they were leaving and saw they had already cleaned my car off. I don’t think a masked man came in and cleaned my car off from the time they made it out to the road and I walked down my stairs. But more importantly, as a business owner, I can see your level of concern for your customers and their property. Zero. In the days before ring doorbells, and phone cameras, what would you have told someone? Where is your integrity? If someone filed an insurance claim, would you have been able to tell them to provide the video proof? Of course not. As for the few days that have gone by, I noticed that you breezed by what we discussed over the phone but you are well aware of what we discussed. How convenient that you got amnesia. As I specifically mentioned over the phone, my biggest issue is the lying. Somebody damaged my car, and it probably was a mistake. I’ll get my car fixed. But you will still have a liars working for you. This review is sheer principle. Hopefully it’s a learning experience for you And Hopefully I can save another person the hassle of dealing with you and your company because you clearly don’t care about your customers, their personal property or the caliber of people you have representing your company name. Thank you."

I will use him for everything I can and more in the future. He was always available for questions and advice. He cleaned my grandparents' house/basement in 2 days that had 40+ years of junk in there.
