"Honest reviewer here. Used Hevy taxi service for the first time today, traveling on business to waterbury and needed rush service to catch a flight out of Bradley. Checked Lyft, cost is $245 (their "prime time"). Hevy did it for $90ish, promised he'd be there in 10 minutes to pick me up and keep his word. Drove safe, was very personable, but got me there in good time. Saved my flight! Told him I'll be back to use his service whenever I'm in town! Great job!"

"A driver decided to vent to me about a Waterbury CT company boss disrespects & mistreats his workers.. he only likes his workers for one day when they pay him a $150 dollar base fee just to struggle the entire week attempting to save and earn the money back.. wait times are about 3-4 hours for one call.. $100 in a day is practically impossible and that is absurd. He’s gets extremely offensive when he doesn’t get his way & also begins to act like a child as well.. don’t come here unless your desperate & looking forward to getting disrespected and lied too as if you’re a child.. this job is not for the weak and only for people that are mentally prepared to be this bosses work animal while he sits back & when he’s finally active be prepared for him to take a personal cut from what everyone makes any chance he gets & it’s pointless because you’re already paying a base fee! What’s the point in stealing more money from your workers after they pay base fee I need a explanation.. that’s super greedy & unprofessional. Please do not be fooled by his fake love he doesn’t give a damn about nobody but himself & will be happy to block you (the worker) after paying a base fee. Also if your undocumented & primarily speak Spanish be prepared to get taken advantage of. Do business with this man at your own risk & don’t say I didn’t warn you. It’s also funny how my review doesn’t want to post or/and keeps getting flagged but every 5 star review here is from the workers which violates googles terms & Jason Gonzalez is the owner of the business and this violates google policy of conflict of interest. “Review is from someone affiliated with the business..” so is the other reviews."

"The owner takes advantage of his drivers scamming them for $150 a week and blocks you if you don’t hear him on the radio. There’s a few drivers and you will struggle to make $100 a day not worth it. It’s funny how my comment keeps getting deleted and all the reviews are from drivers"

My first time using this company. and they were very punctual , very attentive to my needs & making sure I was satisfied with everything ( temperature setting in car , refreshments if needed , etc ).
