"Called for a cab and he said 10 mins and never showed up. My kid and elderly and sick mom were left in the cold waiting. We tried calling back but he never answered. What a loser. Not professional. Please never use this service."

"Called for a cab and the man said 15 mins he’ll call me when the cabs is outside the hospital which was my pickup spot one hour went by I called 4 times and texted and got no response straight to voicemail. I wish they would have just said they can’t pick me up I ended up having security get me a med cab from the ER. Again it would have been nice just to get a answer or to be told they weren’t coming instead of making me sit there in the waiting room for over an hour no calls and no response."
