"Bottom line the worst transportation and distribution company in the state. If it's your job as a transportation company to deliver goods, Multi-Mode has failed. From the woman picking up the phone at the warehouse to the driver and deliverymen; negative attitudes are something they do not lack. Deliverymen refused to bring furniture into our home even though we ordered service that required them to. Their only job was to bring the piece of furniture inside and they flat out refused. Poor communication skills, wont call you back or call you to reschedule appointment. Fire all of your staff and re-hire reliable people if you want to be taken seriously."
