"They're pretty good, nice group of drivers. Chatty lol. There punctuality could be just a little better but I travel very, very early, about 5am. I do recommend Jaguar transportation service."

He was late, because he couldn't find the house, then he couldn't find the doctor's office -- in Hartford-- and drove to Farmington, for some reason. My mom, who is 95, missed her appointment. Unreliable service!!!"

"Communicate effectively. Understand laws and note that if you do not get correct information from a client you cannot come into a hotel and yell at the poor staff here trying to do their jobs. There are privacy laws that prohibit us from giving out guest information. Be understanding and less aggressive its not professional. Your behavior today was outrageous yelling and demanding screaming in the lobby. I will report this to the State of CT who paid you for today as you mentioned and never recommend your service ever.
