"Don’t bother for residential delivery if you are on a schedule. Pros - items arrived undamaged - driver was friendly - customer service reps answer the phone and are pleasant. Cons - items sat in the airport warehouse for 3 days before being delivered. A 3 business day delivery turned into 1 week. - calling customer service is not helpful. They try calling the dispatch center, who is never available. They email the dispatchers, who never follow up. Dispatchers make notes in the system saying they try to call the customer for delivery, but those calls never happened."

"This company is totally unreliable. My delivery was delayed for more than 2 weeks and they just didn't care.Terrible and very rude customer service."

"I ordered a product though another company foward air recived my product then they tried to tell the origin company well were backed up we will make an appointment to have it delivered so here i was taking another day off 3 total now for this package and they never came I call again saying I once again have nothing in my hands and then they finally find out the pallete never made it onto the truck ... REALLY! own up to it explain why my $2000 product didnt make it here today when i had an window of 1pm-5pm Not to mention you cpuldnt even give the origin company a reason as to 1 why the package didnt make it onto a truck and 2 why no one called to inform me do better..."
