"We switched here when Mt Sinai turned so corporate. The walk in sick visit option was amazing. We had good experiences with some of the doctors/ nurses and never an issue with front office. But recently didn't love one of the docs dismissive attitude when my child was having a chronic issue and had a bad experience with Quinn."

"I feel like this office deserves some new reviews. I’ve had to contact the office multiple times and they are always wonderful. Everyone who answers the phone has been so kind and helpful. They’ve went out of their way to help my kids transition into this office. Dr. Nora Wecker is also an incredible pediatrician. We were devastated when our previous pediatrician closed her office, but we’re grateful to have found this practice."

"Staffing in the front is pedantic, unprofessional and hostile. They do not care at all to help. Just to leave that office was a process of over a month. I had one of the best doctors in that office Muia Chisena but once she left everything went downhill. Do not come here unless you want your time wasted and your child's well-being neglected."

"This doctors office has become an absolute joke! I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes and the receptionist there has such a cold, disgusting attitude! If you have no compassion for parents and their sick child you shouldn’t be working in a pediatric’s office! Who does the hiring here?!! I dread dealing with this office. We love Dr Mcdonagh but I think it’s time to look for a new office where they actually care about their patients."

"The receptionists here make you feel awful when you call. I've been coming here for 2 years and there is always an issue. This office was one of the most referred in all my parents groups and now I know of 3 people recently that were just fed up with this place. They also have never written a prescription correctly and I had to call the after hours line and spend 4 hours going to 2 Walgreens 3 seprate times because of the mess up. Not what you want to do when you have a sick kid. They didn't even address the issue we went in with on Friday and are now on our way to cohens children hospital. I hope parents get way better care then we did."
