"I’m sure they are a great company however maybe consider placing gps monitoring systems on your vehicles. Today I witnessed one of your drivers drive through a red light intentionally, on their phones while driving and going well over the speed limits on some of the busiest roads in Waterbury. They were driving a black Hyundai. I personally would not feel safe letting my children use this service. I tried calling but voicemail is full."
