"I called michaels towing hoping to get towed to friendlys here in Westfield. He was extremely rude over the phone was sarcastic through it all wasted our time and told us in the end he wasn’t “interested in this”. We are on south meadow road we were parked for a few eating and when we tried to start the car it wouldn’t. He didn’t care and instead of listening hung up. Luckily interstate towing was very kind and told us ten minutes. This place is terrible never again calling"
