Dollar General

"The level of customer service in Dollar General, is one of the worst that I have ever seen, and I worked in retail for 20+ years for Office Max, and Staples and we took Care of our customers first because without them we wouldn't have a job. There is not one single time that I have gone into this store, and I frequently go there, there is only one cashier taking care of the line of customers while I have witnessed 2 to 3 employees just talking while we have to wait for the one cashier to get the customers out of Dollar General as fast as she can. While they just continue like there are no customers in the store. Other times there are employees just talking on their cell phones, and just ignoring the customers and the long line. We go there because we don't have a choice but to go there, but if we had another option they would lose all of their customers to the competition and be forced to Shut Their Doors."

"In the past... I would have given this store one star but since they have new management its a lot more organized but can do better with it. Most staff that work there are nice and helpful. The men who work there need to wear a belt instead of hanging very low can see their briefs."

"Ur cash register Tameka gave me a attitude and was ignoring me as I was trying to ask her a question and once I went up to the cash register cause it was my turn she gave me a attitude left me lost at why she gave me a attitude I ask for a phone item and she told me is behind the register and she proceeded with a attitude as if I'm next in line when there was no one behind me"

"This store has so much to choose from! I recently moved into the area from another state and they’ve had everything I needed and then some. The staff are extremely polite and go above and beyond whenever I’ve asked for help. The managers also provide great customer service. And I don’t know if the cashiers all take a class but no matter how much I buy they pack my bags perfectly and they don’t feel heavy. You can see that they are working hard to keep order and inventory available for the customers. So glad this location and its staff are here!!"

"They have a fantastic new manager for 2 months she cleaning the store day by day good costumers service now better then 4 months ago. The staff members trying to keep up we the mess. But customers don't help whit the grocery take from one place and drop it on the floor and they don't control they Kids doing mess. Yes customers don't care but they complain all day . employees trying to hard"
