"I was looking for parts for old radiator covers. I only knew of slant fin brand so that's what I thought it was. I brought them a piece and they determined that it wasn't slant fin and that it was old. They tried to track it down for me but they were unable to find it. They spent a tremendous amount of time and also offered me several other solutions to keep my costs down. No pressure, no snarky looks, just wonderful guys trying everything to help me even though I didn't buy anything on the spot.
