Store is very clean, cleaner than most stores, I do tho seem to always have a problem with using a coupon, o you can't use that on this item, that item, like what can I use it on? "i used to love coming to this michaels when they first opened. over the past few years the quality has gone down. manger doesn’t know nothing. is not helpful. employees like to sit around and talk instead of stocking shelves. no one is on the same page, evidently,.. i came in today after i called to ask if they price match. which they claim that they do price match w amazon. i go in, whole different story. manager wanted to argue with me about it. she needs to be trained correctly. bad store as a whole, ill go to milford or westport before i go to this one ever again."
