"My grandkids father. Passed away unexpectedly. I brought my granddaughter for an appointment one week later. The office was told by their mother what was going on. They still asked my granddaughter insurance questions and address which made her cry. I then saw the doctor and gave her a form for family leave so my daughter would be able to leave work if her 14 year old needed her. I explained that I needed that form that day or by latest the next day. My daughter called 2 days later and they said sorry we lost the form. She sent another I went to pick it up and dropped off to my Faust work. The Dr never signed the form. I can’t believe how unsympathetic and incompetent that office is. Very disappointed"

Ms. Linda provided exceptional support, and really helped us navigate the first eight years of our daughter's life. By the time we had our son, I was 100% confident in our ability to parent, and parent well. I attribute much of this to Ms. Linda and all the guidance, experience and wisdom she had shared over the years. Without her continuous support, reassurance and just overall compassion for humanity, I can honestly say our children would not be the happy, well-adjusted little people they are. Ms.Linda is a parent's dream, who just has that natural ability to identify when something may be a bit 'off' without instantly reaching for the prescription pad. I appreciate the unwavering commitment she demonstrated as we navigated our way through this journey, advocating for my children in the most meaningful of ways. Words cannot ever express or quantify my sincerity or gratitude. She has impacted our lives in the most positive way a provider ever could. She is going to be missed terribly, not only by our kids, but selfishly, by me as well. I hope this next chapter in Ms. Linda's life brings her nothing but happiness, as it is so well-deserved.
