"Terrible customer service. Went to go use a hoyer lift they gave us for the first time on a Saturday after my father was discharged from rehab and it would not fully lift him off the bed. Called customer service and they said they couldn't come out and do anything until Monday. This is terrible! Patients need the products and resources they have asked for! It's been a very difficult weekend trying to assist my father in keeping him clean. If you can't provide assistance, then you shouldn't run a medical supply company. I called again this morning, and the woman whonansweeed the phone sounded as though she was very annoyed."

"If I could give them a zero I would. Customer Service Rep gave us the run around for months regarding my mother's Drive Hoyer Lyft. The pump stopped working after two years. We were unable to get the hoyer repaired due to the fact they no longer had a contract with the manufacturer. No other DME CO. would repair it. CSR continued to give us incorrect information regarding the Hoyer repair. It was a different story each time I called. Very unprofessional!!! After speaking with the manager today 1/8/19 she stated would speak to this CSR and retrain others to insure they had the correct information. Shouldn't these individuals have received training after they were hired??? Don't waste your time with this company!!!! They clearly don't make their customers needs a priority!!!!!"

Two of their technicians John C that came out on March 9, 2018 to Saint Raphael's hospital in new Haven CT was so helpful and always thoroughly explains everything to us so that we know how to tend to the equipment properly. "I cannot commend People's outstanding customer service enough, I recently was discharged from the hospital with the need for oxygen. I have never needed this before and the process and equipment was totally foreign to me. Both Louis at the hospital, Pricilla on the phone and especially Jay C at my home were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and broke down each step ,then had me do the "hands on" so I would remember the steps of using both the main unit and the portable. Jay reviewed what to do in an emergency and by the time he was finished I was at ease with the equipment. Jay was very very patient. People 's Is a true pleasure"
