"Worst minute clinic I’ve been to. Made me wait an hour, NP constantly waking all over ignoring me, just to then finally call for me and tell me they don’t have what I was there for. Said to come back three hours after everyone took a break. I told her I’ll just come back another day, and to order it. Came back and it wasn’t ordered, the NP that day made an excuse saying it was probably due to the holidays like that’s an excuse to ignore patient care (I work at a hospital btw) and it wasn’t even a holiday when I came. It was empty. She was just rude and lazy. Waited another hour. They do not care about the patients here, better off somewhere else."
"This place is awful. They apparently have “guidelines/algorithms” they have to follow to determine treatment, which includes mandatory COVID and flu testing and all sorts of other charges. No room for medical judgement or listening to the patient. No respect, just profit-obsessed and rude AF nurse practitioners who have forgotten what patient care is. And for the record, urgent IS cheaper and they actually prescribe antibiotics."
"I went in for blood work. It all came back normal two days later which I can see from mychart online as well as on the quest diagnostics app. They continuously called me for days after when the results were all normal!! I called them back and then had to wait almost an hour with a call center just to have this all happen the next day and the day after that. Is this some kind of sick joke??? Bloodwork is nerve racking as it is I didnt need to go through this for days after."
"Surprisingly great. Never been before and needed assistance on a Sunday morning. When booking online all the slots were filled so I walked in to ask if I can make an appointment and luckily for me, not many people actually attend to their appointments. I was seen within 10 minutes and the nurse and doctor were very friendly and understanding. It’s convenient to pick up your prescription at the pharmacy as well. The bathroom at CVS for women also had some feminine care products for free use. Glad they were able to work with my needs and took less than 45 minutes from coming in to leaving with the proper medicine. Definitely recommend if you’re in a pinch."
"I'm sure it's fine if you have something that requires NO follow-up but God help your soul if you need to follow up with them. Dr schedules are upredictable and there is no way to get in touch with them other than to see them at the store. If you call you don't get the store you get some call center somewhere. Worst experience with a Dr to date. Go to a real clinic."
