"This is the worst hospital, tried to give a false diagnoses to my child and I took her to another hospital and it wasn’t what they tried to say. When I asked her for blood work she refused to give it to me. They don’t care about your kid, they assign you a doctor and have your kid seeing different physicians every visit. All they care about it the money . You want a great hospital for your kids CHOP is where you need to go. St Chris will have a emergency room full of sick kids and take their sweet ol time"

"I specifically saw Dr Shahein for my newborn daughter’s digestive issues. He was so rude, unsympathetic and downright disrespectful. He shamed my husband and I for formula feeding and made us feel crazy for seeking further treatment for what he deemed “not a big deal”. As a new parent I simply wanted another opinion beyond her pediatrician and left feeling stupid and like a bad mom, both of which are dangerous feelings for a postpartum woman. I wish he had been more understanding and helpful, as well as kind to new parents who are just trying to navigate their child’s health the best way they know how."

"So it's sad that my child was discharged on August 16th , 2023. She was told her prescription was supposed to be delivered to the house within days of the discharge. Here we are in the first week of September of 2023 and we still waiting for the prescription to arrive. Also their system have me owing a balance of 397.00 in co-pays and supposedly they mailed the bill to my address back in February 2023. Do know my dgt prior to this visit this August 2023 never been in this hospital. And no one can't explain why? But a whole week went by and no one can contact me to notify me that my account has been cleared. I was told it's being worked on. My dgts dgt is admitted and a social worker went inside the room to speak about the baby and the social worker directed her conversation to the minor in the room and not to the mother of the patient. Like I wonder if anyone that is a boss in this hospital care about how is being conducted. So, disappointed I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the lack of communication within its colleagues."
