"I hired them because my pump stopped working. They charged me $3500. To replace it. It still didn't work. The guy told me he had to go because he and his girlfriend was late for the company cook out. So he left me with no water. He should have known it wasn't working because it wasn't getting power. Instead he sold me a new pump for nothing. I had to hire an electrician because the problem was electrical. I never needed to buy a new pump. Turns out when they opened my well they contaminated it. Very careless. Just ripping customer off. I feel they took advantage of a senior woman alone."
