"This is the first and last time I'd come here, it's absolutely disgusting and dangerous. There where barely any machines that actually worked, and the ones that did work had peoples old nasty soap still left behind and the dryers almost burnt my cloths. Ceiling is falling down no warning signs up... just down right disgusting again I will never come back here"

"Only washers that work are the $5+ ones and the dryers leave black marks and homes in your shirts when they get stuck on the door. Find somewhere else to do your laundry"

"Wow, what a dive this place is now! Not too long ago this was the better of the two laundromats in town and now it is completely filthy with broken machines piled everywhere and the smell of must and mildew is quite strong! The floors and machines are not being cleaned, either. Thankfully, I only wash my rugs here, because I can't imagine having to wash my clothing in this disgusting and filthy place. I'll be checking out the place in Monson next because the other laundromat in town is also a dump! Also, I lost two dollars in the soap dispensing machine before I rattled it and realized it was empty. There was not a sign on it saying it wasn't in use!"

"Who is in charge of this place?! More than half the washers(16/23 machines) are broken, 8/20 dryers are broken, pile of broken washer parts in the corner, change machine broken, mold/mildew in some washers, half warm dryers... I used to come here as a child and it was always a warm inviting place with someone working to help if any issues arose. Nobody on site and this place is awful now. I'm so sad... Bunches of difference surveillance cameras all over, peeling ceiling, nasty fridge, barely any carts, ... what a shame"

"Filthy and no attendant. Only 4 machines left that kinda work. Don't waste your time or money. Owner doesn't return money that is stolen by the broken machines. Used to be a great place but the new owner ran it right into the ground. Notice to new owner. Know when to cut your losses and give up. Maybe try a business management class before wasting everyone's time. Just close already."
