"They don't call back very inconsistent. I was waiting for my appointment after checking in. I waited for 45 min in the waiting room when i was supposed to wait 15 min. after they told me I was a no show. For checking in early. That doesn't make any sense if you check in your obviously there. And no one came in the waiting room to get me."

"I had went there to get an evaluation, 2 months later I have no response. This place is under staffed and over the limit on patients and a lot of other things, the staff have no skills and can’t do a simple job."

"Have been going to CHR for years. My first therapist was very good but he needed to leave to spread his wings. The second therapist wasn't very valuable in my opinion but I stuck it out. She had an issue with the fact I was an atheist. With the third counselor even though he was a very nice man it was more like I was taking the role of his therapist. I asked CHR for a new therapist, it's been months with no response. I told my old therapist he's a great guy but my treatment has stalled since the last two therapists. CHR will not get back to me and I don't know what to do. In the end got ghosted. Not person centered care."

"I'll be honest, if I could give a 0 star I would. I was stuck with the intake chick and she was nice but wasn't for me and said I was getting a new therapist in the beginning. it felt like I was talking to a friend almost. The psychiatrist was supposed to reschedule me and didn't. Being a mental health patient this place made me lose all trust in therapists to the point where I refuse to go again and get my meds from my primary care doctor. Don't get me wrong the people are nice but it's so inefficient and unorganized. If you have a second option I'd advise looking into them more."
