"No answer on the phone so here i am …. The young lady with the short blonde hair that worked Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 this past week … find another line of work!!!! You have no patience for young sick children …. You were not interested in doing a strep and flu test on my granddaughter until my daughter insisted … you felt it wasn’t necessary…. After you took the strep test you said it came back negative… well guess what honey …. She tested positive for strep ! Flu A and Flu B!! So she has gone 2 days without her needed antibiotics therefore she suffered for 2 days longer …….Never Again!!! This place is horrible!!!!!"

"Cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility!! My 2.5 year old daughter had a hand injury & I wanted to avoid ER at all costs. So glad they have X-ray on site & we did a walk in (no appts available). Wait time was supposed to be over an hour but we got in within 45 mins, the doctors, nurses and techs were so wonderful, patient and friendly, and the facility is SO clean! We were able to check in then wait in the car, which is ideal for a kid in pain. So so grateful for this place !"

"Wish I could give this place Zeroooo stars. Front desk bullied me into giving card info “as it’s the new protocol” but specifically said “we won’t charge the card” then I receive emails about charges that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE taken out. It’s a Scam the whole franchise. Did I mention how rude they are? Definitely 0/1000 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my child in for a fever and skin irritation. They completely dismissed all of his symptoms even though he was breathing rapidly and had presented with a fever. Sent me home after not even seeing him for five minutes. Ended up taking my child to the ER later that night. Turns out he was really sick. I will never go back here. Awful medical staff."

"Terrible slow. We got to this place at 5 pm. The girls at the front desk told us to check in and that there were going to be 45mmn or 1 hour. and go wait outside in the parking lot and wait for a text when is our turn Waited and check the watch. 7:52 pm. And no. Text. We went inside and ask why is too long and we got an attitude telling us. I told you to wait outside. I dont recommend this place at all…."
