"I am someone that has struggled with depression for a while. I’ve been on meds, but none of them have really helped. I thought I would be depressed forever until my psychiatrist at Clearwave recommended TMS therapy. I was a little skeptical about starting TMS treatments at first, but I decided to give it a try as I figured things couldn’t get any worse and if she thought it would help, I might as well just try. I am so glad I did because I genuinely believe that TMS has saved my life. The staff at Clearwave were so kind to me. They made sure I had what I needed at all times and were always extremely friendly and professional. It didn’t feel like going to a doctor’s appointment. It felt like I was catching up with friends because they made me feel so welcome. The actual treatment does not hurt very much. I thought it would be super painful, but it isn’t. It takes a little getting used to, but if you bring a device or something to distract yourself with, the time flies by and you barely notice the magnet. It is totally worth it as the sessions are only about 30 minutes. Within the first few weeks, I already noticed a difference. I was crying less, was sad less, and I was waking up with a positive attitude. I noticed that I was able to have more good days at a time. It was truly magnificent to experience as I never thought I’d live to see a good day again. If you’re depressed and feel like there’s no way out, please please consider trying TMS. There’s nothing to lose and so so much to gain. Thank you, Clearwave, for saving my life :)"

"This place wasn't a good experience for me. Most of the staff were nice, but I encountered several issues here. Firstly, the male staff member, who I believe is the only male there, inappropriately rubbed my hair. Following that incident, I had the police called on me simply for mentioning that I've had suicidal thoughts. However, I made it clear that I had no intentions of acting on them at all. I just believed it was important to be honest since I'm seeking help here for depression, which often involves thoughts of self-harm. It was completely unwarranted for the police to show up unannounced at my house. While some people might have positive experiences here, I have to warn you: DO NOT DISCLOSE SUICIDAL THOUGHTS unless you want the police at your door I would like to add that your employee, Hannah, enjoys mocking people with schizophrenia who she worked with in her previous mental hospital job."

"I’ve been coming here with my girlfriend for TMS treatments for several weeks and I have never witnessed this level of patient care anywhere else. From the first appointment Dr Pardell was fully invested in enthusiastically and honestly explaining the treatments and what to expect. Since then we have gotten to know all the other employees who run the individual sessions and they are all great people who show they genuinely care - for example remembering tiny personal details shared in previous sessions. In addition to the level of professionalism here, the treatments genuinely work and I can’t recommend this Star Trek-esque medicine highly enough"
