"Awful experience. Dr Raman said there was nothing wrong with my ear and then 4 days later I'm stuck in the ER with a debilitating ear infection. When I asked Dr Raman to send a prescription for the infection he sent it to the wrong pharmacy and blamed me for it. If you care about your health and well being I would go to a different doctor who is mentally present and not in la-la land while treating patients"

"Do not go to this business, your insurance company will pay a small % of their billed amount because Pulse MD overcharges as a practice. They have done this to our family twice. Clearly, a legal ‘scam’. People or practitioners are competent but for basic Covid - flu - strep testing you will pay twice a normal billing amount. AVOID. Not an opinion here just facts on bill rates and consequences."

"The Pulse Urgent Care in Thornwood, NY was neat, clean & well managed. My was called into the exam room exactly at my appointment time. The nurse took my vitals & discussed my symptoms. The doctor came in shortly afterwards (with no delay). He was quite knowledgeable & understanding. He explained what he felt was causing my symptoms. He tested me for those specific viruses & bacterial germs & sent these test to the lab to get the results. He told me steps that I needed to do at home, to help alleviate my symptoms. I was quite pleased with the care I received. I do recommend this office. Also, I will use Pulse MD Urgent Care in Thornwood, in the future."

"I made an appointment for 9:15am on a Sunday and the front door is locked/ no one is here. Google Maps says this business opens at 9am but front door signage says 8am. Not sure why appointments are available if the business is closed."
