"Listen I am a healthcare provider, and these are very stressful and tough times for healthcare professionals overall. People need to realize this. We live in a demanding high society around here and people can be rude and impatient. Some of these comments and ratings are just down right nasty and rude. My family and I have never had a negative experience at this location when we had to get tested for covid. The front desk and the manager can use some polishing up as they are not always friendly and respectful, but my experiences with Dr Perretta have been nothing short of amazing. Dr Perretta Is the reason why I continue to come to that office and she should be appreciated. Thank you again Dr Perretta you are doing a great job!"

"Be prepared to wait because this Urgent care is in a small business space with only 3 rooms. I find it interesting urgent Care only gives you a ten minute window, yet when asked how long of wait we might have to wait today. Sadly we have been here twenty minutes and the nice lady said it would be at least 15 more minutes. Highly recommend giving the nice lady your number and ask her to call because it is a small place and it scary how many people can squeeze in trying to speak to someone. In total expect to wait approximately 45 minutes. The nurse was very nice and my 10 year old said it did not even hurt compared to his last Covid test."

"Not sure what happened to this place. I just had one of the worst experiences in an establishment ever. I had an appointment, the entire lobby was waiting for almost an hour. Everyone was very upset, people were just walking out it was so bad. Staff was completely overwhelmed. In the past, appointments were honored in a reasonable time frame. Stop booking appointments online if you cannot handle the volume. Leave space for walkins and space out your other appointments the right way. Complete disaster. I used to love that place, but clearly they are under new management. I will say the nurse and the doctor were helpful\friendly."
