"I’ve been calling since September and the pediatrician sent over the referral same day! Have called, left VMs, stopped by and nothing. I will reporting them to my insurance as it’s State and gross negligences when it comes to patient care or lack of. You can call ALL day and NO ONE answers and it’s not even packed! Shame!"

"I have tried to call in Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC in Westport, CT. It is unbelievable that I have left over a few messages and no one can get back to me. I have been trying to make an appointment for my son who failed a vision test. After a few tries they finally answered and said there was no referral for my son. They stated they would give me a call back. It’s been a week and I have not received a phone call back. Like I said I have left several VM and simply did not hear from them. Seems like they don’t care about their patients needs. This is extremely unprofessional. They should not be in business if they can’t even answer the phone."

"The doctor annual check up was fine but the billing lady is rude and incompetent. I gave them my insurance card a month before my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I gave them my card, pay the co pay 70$ and left. 2 weeks later, they said they made a mistake and they don't accept my insurance. They wanted to collect the full amount. I called the billing manager to explain the situation , she hang up on me ! wow!"
