"They take months to answer your phone call if they ever do. The therapist never answers you back. My therapist disappeared and I haven’t been able to contact anyone since. Crazy you have to call so many times and no one is there on a WEEKDAY"

I have been left on a waiting list for a clinician for 6 months and have now been told that they will be "discharging me" because I haven't had at least one session per month WHICH IS THEIR FAULT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH A CLINICIAN. ARE THESE PEOPLE M A D??? SPEECHLESS!!!"

"Medication will never be filled on time. You’re lucky if you get your appointment once every month and a half and even if you do, you’ll be waiting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes past your appointment time. Do yourself (and your child) a favor and go elsewhere. Waste of time and insurance’s money."

"Dr fontane was a waist of time and money. She had no idea what she was talking about and I had to explain what learning disabilities was to her! One time she took me late, made me sign some papers and rushed me out. What the hell was I paying money for that. Another time all she DID was talk about herself and ask me how did that make me feel. Absolutely no beneficial insight or counseling."
