"Nicole has been treating me for somewhere between 3 to 4 years. Prior to visiting her, I wasn't comfortable with a lot of my options. The previous care provider I worked with retired and I had moved cross-state. When I was referred to Nicole and met her for the first time I finally found someone that would listen to me and offer me viable treatment options for my health maintenance. 1/2024 After all the nightmare covid living in the past several years, I still rely on Nicole and the amazing staff she works with. They are the only medical professionals keeping me feeling safe, treated, heard, respected. I really can't imaging going to anyone else. Trust is built over time and this trust really makes me feel safe. You know what else I've never said, they never make me feel bad. Years ago everytime I went to a medical facility I felt like professionals didn't care about my needs and accused me of not taking care of myself. Nicole and the amazing people in the office don't make me feel bad. They're understanding about things I may have or have not done or accomplished. They offer a very good diagnosis and compassion when we discuss how I might not be able to meet those goals. That is what people need. They need to be understood rather than accused. Most people in general don't really take control of their health or understand why they need to do certain things. Nicole, and all the amazing folks at this office take the time, if you don't understand, they make you realize you need xyz, and they don't shame you. This is advanced care; just 5 to 10 years ago and many years, a lot of general and internal medicine caregivers shame people for not taking their healthcare seriously. That is not a shame that you get from these folks. I have an MBA and I'm in money management/financials/retirement - we get the same feed - I'm in a bad position and no one helped me. In my field of work, we coach people on making better choices, explain the impacts of decisions on a persons financial health, and coach them. While it's not the same as making someone live longer, or feel healthier, I understand the guidance. And I am so grateful for what this group of medical professionals do. I'd be lost without them - they've been keeping me alive and healthy for years now."

"Nicole represents what every medical care provider should strive for. 1. Patient service: she makes you feel like I am the only patient the practice has. 2. She is familiar with my health history before we even meet. That was very impressive and takes so little time even with a crazy schedule. Provider should take 5 mins to review the last few chart entries and Rx list before going into the exam room. 3. Body language...face your patient completely when you are chatting....it makes the patient feel like they have your complete attention and everything a patient has to say is as important to the clinician as it is to the patient.
