"I am a returning pt, in the past i was not happy with the doc I was seeing because I thought she was unprofessional and judgmental. Mainly because she told me “ you had kids so young.” I was 26. And she went in to say, “ I didn’t have kids til much later.”! Good for u. I waked out and was upset. A couple yrs later I gave her another chance and for my physical again I left upset. So yesterday I went in for my yearly physical with Dr. Kelly Nolin. I really wish that the staff would send out an email or text that they have moved because I drive to the old office, glad I was early so I found it with no problem. I was very impressed. The new office and designe is beautiful. The medical asst who came to get me( seat me) didn’t even know my name. “ who are you?” I told her my name “ oh yea, I need a simple.” Showed me the bathroom and to meet her in rn 5. Kinda rude& careless I think since I work at an office myself... Dr. Nolin was great! She went beyond my expectations. I felt very confirtable and she did exams and excersices with me that no one has ever done before. She was professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. I’d give dr. Nolin alone a 5star. The front desk and Med asst 3star. When I was dismissed from my appointment, no one was to be seen at the front desk!!! So I couldn’t make the OB appt dr.Nolin and I talked about. I stood there for a couple mins and left."
